selling ,frightening consecutive interest hike news ,even though the 10 year bond has reversed and down to 3.1 From 3.5%, and the obligatory bad news releases by the mining companies at the worst time possible, makes you wonder what forces are really behind the financial structures and the total uselessness of the regulatory bodies.
The smart money must be loading up.
