To me, the performance right is not very ambitious to be goaled. Look more likely obvious bonus. Everything set up to give him those bonus except share price options. I absolutely prefer BOD take more shares , instead of being paid enormous salary. Understand. But, bit too generous for themselves as holders are floundering in the muddy. Bit of jealous
