Might have missed it but I haven’t seen any mention previously of the screening method used in the test work and/or what method would be envisaged to scale that to a decent throughput rate.
75um is a very fine cut size, especially as a primary screen straight from the truck…even if it is weathered snot that’s being moved! I can’t imagine any dry vibrating or static screening system, it’s in the hydroclone classification range.In which case trying to optimise a 75-micron cut with what is expected to be a variable fraction and density feed sounds challenging…some particle size distribution analysis and at least a few bulk sample tests at a minimum to see if its feasible would be worthwhile.
