Historically Chinese companies have been unable to meet my requests for the 300 cubic metre (660 metric tonne) volumes of 80% cesium formate brine typically required for use in deep oil/gas well drilling and completion operations (which require heavy clear fluids). If PIO can find a TANCO-sized pollucite deposit then I would imagine that the Chinese owner of JDP and CSF will be banging their door down to tie it up because, as PIO often note, cesium ore supplies are "constrained" and oilfield operations are thirsty for cesium formate brine. Drilling with cesium formate brine brings many (many) advantages but there are always brine losses that need to be replaced. So..... come on PIO... get that next round of pollucite exploration underway and become the world's # 1 source of cesium ore in 2019 and beyond.

Once again it makes me wonder why Cabot would suddenly give away this choice opportunity when they have a binding agreement in their pocket with PIO to prop up their supply
It makes absolutely no sense after decades of supply and a new source on hand that Cabot would sell off such a supposed! cash cow ..... unless of course they know the future $$$ values from it looks grim
Or are we now to believe that Cabot, know nothing and are blind to the CaFB future .... ?
All i can say is thank god PIO hit an extra 57% to get them over the line ... a bit of a "phew" moment for DC no doubt
........ exploration of the dome has cost in excess of $11m so far ..add the opex of $7m with a thus far $16m pay day ...
(a pay day far better than the loan amount I will admit) ... but overall sad, especially as holders have had to endure the years of speculative valuations in the $100's of millions ramped on this site
"Something is rotten in the state of Denmark” IMO ..
That's a neat Shakespeare one liner that seems rather apt, as .. after a long absence, the ghost of a dead CsFB king suddenly appears on HC with a .. "2019 and beyond" pump .. that would make Buzz Lighyear cringe )

But Cabot do HAVE! ... a Tanco sized pollucite deposit
..AND!
they do have exclusive rights to PIO's Cs for 24 months ....
Yet they are shutting up shop on a product that entices the wanton de-hinging of doors and a spot of bondage ??
Curiouser and curiouser !
