I am no geologist, but wouldn’t they have learned a lot about how and why the Pollucite was where it was? What DC referred to as “vectors” 
Once we know what we can sell the Feldspar for, we will know whether it is economic to dig, crush and transport it. 
There may not be much point in drilling anymore holes until we know that information. 
If the Feldspar is viable, I would hope that we would find pods of Pollucite along the way. Or at least the “vectors” to where it was.
