Reading between the lines, this announcement tells me Sinclair is being dressed up for the auction block. That is good news IMO and might well be the source of funds to finance the ongoing exploration activities in NSW post the capital return and dividend. I am starting to think a lot of us have underestimated the ability of the management team to formulate a forward thinking strategy.
