Spot on. I heard from the MD of another listed miner a few weeks ago that Sinclair was on the market earlier this year. Seems that the sale price would benefit from a JORC resource. Perhaps there's already a buyer on the sidelines and they've requested we get the statement before they commit to an agreement.
If true, it makes you wonder about the potential of Lachlan. IMO the Board believes they're on to something special.
Queue the "we were onto something special with Monty" brigade. Agree. I wasn't a SH at the time so my perspective is different to most but circumstances meant we had to JV or face the resource not being developed. I think they did the best they could. Hindsight is 20/20 as they say. Now that it's turned toxic, we need to get out. SFR win the battle and the war.
Let's just hope this is all pointing to something beautiful for all SH.
