Two things that help WEC’s cause here, firstly Bayan is publicly listed and the other being that WEC has a court order in place restricting Bayan from moving substantial assets held in Australia from moving offshore / to another entity / or destroying the value in these assets.
My guess is that if they weren’t to pay up post the next determination, WEC will seek a formal court order to transfer those assets held domestically in to WEC’s ownership
