Even if this would be feasable it would take decades to accomplish such a task through international courts.
Early this year Bayan highlighted over 250 mio $ capex in the nex 5 years to join operations from Tabang (Bayan) and Pakar North (Kangaroo). You can check the slides on Bayans website. This is clear evidence that they start mining on KRL grounds in the not to distant future. Looks like that they do not care about the freeze, isn´t it ? If Bayan rejects to pay the damage claim White may ask the courts to expand the order to international shipments - including confiscation from overseas destinations. For sure Bayans export customers will applaud such a move.
