Strictly speaking the scope for the minium damage claim is not only about capex for the plant. At least it should be about:
- approx. 110 mio. $ capex
- approx. 40 mio $ spending for solicitors
- the offtake-agreement with Bayan
- upfront and recurring revenue streams from the project
- lost profits from 3rd party sales
- interest rates
