I am hopeful we will see the money.
I base this on the CEO/Chair of WEC who would not have perused Bayan unless he was very confident of legal success and ultimate collection of damages..
Bayan may think that they can thumb their nose at Singapore and Australian courts, but I am hoping that they will want to avoid reputational damage to their company as well as their country.
I am confident that Indonesian government will not be happy to see the international rule of law ignored by Indonesian businesses.
I was concerned when Bayan took over KRL but WEC were confident that they could still control the underlying asset----
