On 10/07/19 the appeal has been dismissed. Usually a case management conference is going to be held 4 weeks after a judgement to determine the next steps. Hence in this particular case I would expect that the hearings for tranche 3 will be fixed within the next 2-3 weeks. Based on past scheduling by the court those hearings will likely take place from december 18 -january 19. With regard to market disclosure the final amount of the damage claim should be published at this point in time.
