    A similiar case going via arbitration in London re a Nigerian gas project. We can expect the Indonesians to keep stalling, delaying, disputing, and eventually just ignore the Singapore ruling. What options does WEC have then - I don’t see them being able to grab Bayan assets so legal pressure channels seems the only option at their disposal.

    Maybe Bayan will negotiate in reasonable god faith.
