As long as there's no contractual exclusion of set-off in the purchase agreement between Bayan and a customer willing to enter such scheme this should be feasible and indeed an interesting idea. Bayan are absolutely dependent on international trade and there will be ways how WEC can effectively enforce its claims once awarded in by the Singapore International Commercial Court.
