The Freeze order in conjunction with the new IA-CEPA represents a proper base to enforce the damage claim.
Anyway, another form of compensation could be a large chunk of the wet coal deposits at South Pakar that haven´t been tagged for mining in the foreeseable future by Bayan. May be White Managers are not reluctand for a large stake of wet coal and board memberships at Kangaroo.
