Interesting thought process @tokyo, however I doubt the board and management who are all significant shareholders in the business would accept that offer, considering that have this decision handed down and the next hearing to to award costs with a freezing order in place on significant assets held by Bayan in Australia.

Bayan are no longer in a position to negotiate. They have played the delay tactics game for as long as they could and have not succeeded. They have lost all leverage at the negotiating table, why would management and shareholders accept anything less than what will be determined at the next hearing?
