Not sure - I've never been critical of the long-term share price performance, just a few suspicious bumps along the way. That said its a gimmicky slide. Producers generally benefit from commodity price beta while successful explorers benefit more from alpha. The common base point has also been set at SPR's share price following the massive and rather suspicious sell-off around the time of the placement. If it was done when the share price was in the high 40's the previous week, then the self-gratification factor would be lower
