This morning wasn't a new announcement so is more to do with a wider plan than anything. It has help a few sell into the buying and we'll probably see a SP dip at the end of the day.
Expect the SP to be in the 16c range based on how they are trying to support the price currently.
Oh, if only the world markets, parcel locker segments and data centre segments were in good shape TZ would be away...alas
