    I think we must all be getting confused - in the release of 27 February (Half Yearly Report) TZ state that they have $3.367m in APAC PAD "secured PO's & contracts" (commentary refers to Sing Post). Therefore today can only be additional lockers to that! (yeah right), otherwise they have misled the market!! Certainly needs further escalation & investigation.
