Bad habits.... being somehwat habitual... are hard to give up it seems!
Maybe I was referring to other things ...
Sometimes we focus on the wrong things and that costs us dearly.
Sometimes we worry too much and that costs us too just as insufficient worry can cost us.
Sure in the long run we are all dead.... but that does not change the fact that some things simply take longer to play out than we would like.
