The competitors almost certainly have much more money to play with.
The balance sheet is the main inhibitor here.... for the time being.
The second one blames others .. one gives up their power to fix or improve things themselves. I could say if you truly think management is poor than sell and go to a stock where you think management is good..... but then I'd be asking you to take responsibility for yourself.... when I know you'd prefer to blame others.....
