think 60m is fair, need to clear note notes
JV partner is a possible solution ? WD is also possible. Wouldn’t think we raise anytime soon until the above is finalised. Or we float and dilute into administration. But I’m sure management being top 5 and our new main number shareholder in Collins street have a plan.
