This is always the case with Teoh. In the past this has happened time and again. None of it makes sense, then the jig-saw falls into place in a way that few expected. The short distance spectrum a few years ago was a classic case - why buy that? Then TPG linked this spectrum to buildings with fiber to the building, giving a wireless bonus to those in the building who signed up. Brilliant.
