Novonix would not be able to ramp up supply of even synthetic graphite for their current needs, never mind a x 30 near term ambition of battery cell production.
Then the Cathode materials..........
Existing commitment to Samsung......
Unless they license the Novonix technology and pay Royalties, eleven that would be huge for NVX.
However the volumes we are talking about, and ownership of the patents and IP, a takeover would make absolute sense.
