Hey @Newtothegame1 not at all mate it would be changing from one entity to another (the same person), if you had these shares in your personal name and they have had a spike(like they have). it is just a better option to have these in an entity that you control that is all quite common nothing unusual just a better thing long term hope this helps!!
P.s. I have shares in another company one that has a heavy investment in Li-S battery technology so i am definitely interested in NVX and see what the difference between the 2 technologies are
