    When cash is not required in the near future and they have a very significant positive news flow coming and very likely share price appreciation!

    C'mon, this is looking after Argo and their mates.
    If the investors are interested in putting in $10mill today, I'm sure they'll even be more ready to invest $10mill in 3-6 months, and if they are not, there no doubt will be others that will be prepared to.

    This is defending in the defensible.
