You are absolutely correct SLE.
A real kick up the backside for shareholders and holders of SEHOC. The placement at least should have been at what oppies holders have to pay --- 12.5c.
But obviously they wanted to let 2 of Argos privileged contacts in at 12.25.
Very disappointing as well as poor timing. In poor taste overall. A bad management decision IMO.
They could have accumulated on market pressuring the price up to the benefit of all.
