re: Ann: Sino Gas - Raising $10.1 Million via... Also what cost was associated with the placement? Why not have 10 million of the options underwritten? Why not do a 1 for 4 new option placement for SEHOC at a similar or higher price with a 6 to 12 month excise? Would of obtained more money with less or about the same dilution!
