The report states 'procedural issues' need to be resolved before payment is received. Taken at face value it can be assumed that the payment will be processed in the next month or two. Once this payment is received then we can assume that ongoing revenue will not go through the same processes but will be paid at regular intervals. It seems a strange way of doing business and now it is the partner who is proving slow to pay but then maybe I am old fashioned when I pay my bills by the due date.
All in all we should be encouraged by the report and this should be reflected in a gradual increase in share price in the coming months. This stock requires a bit of patience but I am optimistic of 20+ cps in the next 12 months or so. Remember the big players who bought in at 16 cps - I'm pretty sure they are still there and expecting a satisfactory return on their investment. DYOR
