Well that's just your opinion and you stick to it.I know something about financial reports as well, and there is not doubt that in the scenario that I painted that it MIGHT be considered a contingent liability.


And unlike you, I am looking at the present not the dim (unpleasant)past.If you want to constantly look in the rear vision mirror, that's your decision.I prefer to look to the future.

And I repeat, I lost a considerable amount of money in ADY under the previous MD, and furthermore I am NOT saying it is now a 'sure thing'. That doesn't exist in resource stocks, especially when they are going through the exploratory stage.
