I don't have a crystal ball so I can't see into the future, but whilst the loan is still being repaid, and on the assumption it will be paid by October,2011 or within a twelve month period,it is correct to recognise it as a current liabilty.I was just stating the accounting treatment that would be used if this does not occur.I was not stating that this event will occur. So stop trying to shove your words down my mouth. And stop shouting and being dismally negative.It's better to use logic and remain calm when you are investing, and especially when you have made a mistake. And who hasn't made those. Screaming and shouting about past misdeeds will not help ADY in its future endeavors

I repeat:

Stop living in the murky, dim past and get behind current management, which has succeeded in persuading a new investor to put in a substantial amount of his money into the coy. Without that money this coy would be dead and buried. Is that what you want? Revenge may be sweet but it will not bring you monetary rewards. The time for being negative and constantly stretching your neck to look back in the rear vision(investment) window is not very rewarding.
