CO2 fuels faces on the road to commercialisation ,  including some of the issues faced by
competitors outside China . AR has his request to visit the CO2 fuels plant approved , after great
frustration , by Chinese officialdom and provides a first hand look at Sinopec's  plant on the
Shengli oil fields , in operation since 2010 ......keep in mind the article was published on
15 Dec 2017 .....however the visit occurred in July 2017.

Since then Sinopec have moved forward and are building the larger pilot plant .....GLTA
