Are we talking about the same company and 5 year charts? This stock has performed poorly pre and post the 12:1 share consolidation a couple of years back. It had an extremely unenviable write-up 12 months ago that is readily locatable and which I won't attach or extract from but which highlighted the problems.
Apart from some brief respite post-March 2020 Covid-dip, it has again been in steady decline since August and has been since at least 2016 where even a new Board didn't change the trajectory. I don't think that this recent acquisition from Miramar Resources (I'm not sure why they're divesting at such an early stage) is the answer. It's a long haul back for this one.
