re: Ann: Sir Sam Jonah joins as Non Executive... What are you talking about? The placement to Sam's company is at an issue price of 2c (which is approx what the price was when it was organised) raising $1.2M... so they are NOT freebies.
The price was 2c not long ago...in fact sub 2c...if shareholders wanted more, they could have bought more at that price (like I did).
And what 1.5c placement are you talking about? I have seen no announcement about this...are you guessing or is this information you should NOT be posting.
