I intend to buy more SNG shares, but not right now, I think that the share price will drift lower, tax loss selling, lack of news, and the market probably knows that funds are probably running low again, so fair chance of another capital raising in the near term.
They do have a large landholding in proven high grade gold country, and it only takes one good drill hit to get the markets attention, but that may never happen, thats the uncertainty of exploration, but the hope of finding the next big gold discovery, is what drives people involved in exploration.
While I intend to buy more shares in SNG in the future, your circumstances may be different, but as I said I personally don’t think right now is the time to buy, I am going to wait and see what the next steps by the company are in regards to funding.
I don’t post much anymore, because posting, firstly only gives the maggots oxygen, and hotcopper is really a cest pit.
