    Let's do some maths:
    SNG has approx 207million outstanding shares.
    At the proposed $0.2 raise values SNG at $41million.

    Federation's proposed takeover ratio, 17.5%:82.5%
    (SNG: Federation).
    This values Federation at $195mil against us at $41mil.

    Would I be happy with this? Not really.
    Should be at least 50:50 ratio in my opinion.
