You may well be correct. All I can go on is the statement in the web site. This suggests to me that all on site presentations are considered LBA .
It would take the wind out of their sails to allow the date to be published early. IMO.
Note: All abstracts to be released onsite at the 2015 ASCO Annual Meeting will be designated as Late-Breaking Abstracts (LBAs), including Plenary abstracts.
