It would be unusual for all oral presentations to be considered LBA at a medical conference. I think the area you have bolded means abstracts that are actually released onsite without prior notification.
However someone else has pointed out that the abstract may still indeed be LBA due to data not being available at the time of abstract submission. If that is true then indeed it may still be LBA.
Anyway we should know by 5pm May 13th ET.
