I think that point alone is enough to contest any compulsory acquisition...

Really if we get to that, they are more inclined to just pay out the remaining holders a fairer price rather than screw us over and further delay their ability to develop the site. Remember if they are trying to make to company look average, they are also unable to spruik for a future sale. Time is money and all that.

I have no problems with other holders protecting their capital and taking what they can (it may actually be beneficial to get at close to 90% as possible for us remaining hard hats).

Im betting they extend last minute though... I'm sure they have drawn a few more out with current shananigans.
