Attached is the first couple of paragraphs from the PMA. It states very clearly the condition under which it is approved for marketing, and that is in combination with FUDR (Floxuridine).

I don't thinks that FUDR is used as standard of care for 1st line treatment.

If any experts out there can show me that FUDR is in fact standard of care for 1st line then I'm in the wrong and unreservedly apologize.

IMO any use without FUDR if off-label.

Where are the cancer specialists - any out there ??
