Fun and games now, when this opens for trading again. It will be interesting to see if it opens higher than the $33.50 offer, given it is non binding, but also creates anticipation for a counter offer.
One thing for sure is that the CDC offer is deliberately last minute to cause most pain and disruption for Varian.
