But have to see what they come up with, they certainly have proven to think of some interesting options - best guess maybe similar to India with a large company/ies backing - setup a new entity with 50% ECT and the rest split ownership they pay we provide the tech? That essentially reduces our overall ownership in the plant? Market will recognise this.

Back when the Indian TPA was signed went up to todays price of ~30-35c and dropped like a rock next few days. was thinking something similar would happen.

Even when the grants are completed market is lazy it wont wait for the 3 year construction time to start seeing income.

You are assuming ECT will carry out this project alone. Projects of this magnitude are always carried out by consortiums. The only way ECT can advance this monster is to bring on board partners (and be free carried).
