    What I did find strange was that BTI is selling 3 million but I think the priority allocation is only 1 million. Did I get this wrong?

    Why did they (BTI) not do a dividend in specie to BTI shareholders of part of their holdings - They don't seem to need the cash. I have long thought doing that with part of their investment holdings when they mature would be a great marketing tool as a reason to be in BTI
