That's the cash amount - it equates to around 3.3 million to issue and 3 million sold by BTI. However the priority offer isn't limited to BTI shareholders in fact the priority offer includes staff and any one else they have given offers to outside of broker and institution. I certainly think you would look after staff far more than some indirect shareholder. Would have been much better for BTI to give us the shares as a dividend in specie.
