I can say this (Siteminder) is not a niche play. I work with hundreds of hotels connecting up to their API and they have little 1 bedroom lodges in Woop Woop all the way through to mid size chains. The bigger hotel logding companies tend to stay with GDS technology or direct connections to intermediaries.. there is more than enough hotels for Siteminder to grow. The new offerings they are adding are running up the monthly costs for a hotel (i.e. increasing revenue per customer).I hold BTI via a custodial model (IG Markets) so don't have the option of accessing information on Automic .. anyone else in this situation? Not sure I will be able to qualify for the IPO .. will drop a line to IG but wondering if any others in the same situation?
