Good to hear that we have a priority allocation in the Siteminder IPO. What are peoples thoughts on whether they will be participating?
I want to read the prospectus, but I am leaning towards participating. The fact that Paul Wilson is staying on the board, and that BTI is retaining a large chunk of its ownership are both positives for me. Also the fact that as I understand it, when the offer was opened to institutional investors, it was snapped up super fast.
