Just looked through the DRE results. They look fantastic, Well done DRE.
Whilst the Sabre first pass drilling is yielding great results, I'd like to think LNR's current drilling program has every chance of exceeding these results, comfortably, therefore the leverage LNR has over DRE in the short-term is compelling.
Both companies are looking like wonderful investments, IMO. LNR just has roughly 1/8th the MC.
Perhaps that's why some may be spreading their investment $ between both companies?
