Agree. expectations should be last week of NOV, first week of DEC..My gut tells me Mongolia will go first. just a shame re the option conversions holding this back, with still 500 mill to go at least, then lets not forget the billion converted options at .004 that will get dumped..just hope there are enough retail punters with funds to pick them up OR we could see .008. Once the big boys are done, this will move north!! very quickly
