"plausible deniability" maybe but then again maybe not,
my reasoning is he is not the only one, a quick look back over the last 12 months I came up with a total of 17 insider trades and A Kemp only did a few of them, so it looks like to me the vast majority of the board and management team think they are going to come out of this looking good and sitting pretty
