Clearing the decks after exiting a major business component is not linear. It’ll take 12 months to normalise overhead cost to recurring business. What they don’t want to do is cut their costs so low they get into trouble in a years time. Seems like a reasonable long term perspective which is consistent with a lessor mentality.
